'Spread out' in the Bible

And when you spread out your hands, I will hide My eyes from you; yea, when you make many prayers, I will not hear; your hands are full of blood.

And He shall spread out His hands in their midst, as he who swims strokes to swim. And He shall bring down their pride with the skill of His hands.

I have spread out My hands all the day to a rebellious people who walk in the way not good, after their own thoughts;
